In this role, you take responsibility for the stable operation and further development of the Microsoft Exchange and M365 environment and work in an agile, self-organized IT team. 02 Your task Operation and 2nd-level support of Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem & Online) Administration and development of the M365 environment with a focus on Exchange, Entra ID, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint Online Analysis and optimization of mailflow, SMTP relays and connectors Advising internal stakeholders as well as developing technical solution and architecture concepts – Participation in agile projects and taking on professional responsibility – Automation and further development of operating processes with PowerShell Collaboration on security and impact analysis 03
