Main responsibilities
- Interaction with external partners/customers and customs authorities
- Collaboration on various projects and continuous improvement of work processes
- Assistance in daily operations, which include the following activities:
- Correct and expedient execution of domestic precious metal shipments, imports & exports OZL processing (incoming and outgoing)
- Request for quotations and transport calculations
- Refining & production area (reconciliations)
- Monitoring, analyzing and, if necessary, correcting VAT statistics
- Creating and sending monthly and quarterly VAT reports Invoice control (debtors/creditors)
