1-2 years of professional experience in logistics
Driver's license (cat. B) and own car mandatory SUVA-recognized forklift license Team-oriented and reliable personality PC skills No specific education/training required German (good knowledge)

Pre-selection of applications: We review incoming applications on an ongoing basis, create a pre-selection, and release it to the manager for review.
Duration until feedback: Up to three weeks.
Interview with HR & Department: The interview is conducted with the responsible person from HR and/or the specialist department, either virtually or on-site.
The primary goal is to learn more about personal and professional skills and gives both sides the opportunity to assess the cultural fit within the company and team.
Trial work: A trial day or half-day offers the opportunity to get to know the future work environment and team members better.
And conversely, it gives us a chance to assess how well someone fits into the team.
Offer & Contract issuance (Digital): After our verbal job offer, the most important contract points are verified again.
Duration until feedback: Up to one week. Employment level: 13%

The decision on whether to proceed or be excluded from the recruitment process is communicated by phone or e-mail.
After agreement, the contract creation is commissioned and sent via e-mail for digital signature.
