• Acceptance & Control: You ensure error-free acceptance of goods by carrying out systematic quantity and quality controls.
• Shipping Management & Transport Security: You are responsible for the administrative handling of shipping orders and ensure that goods arrive safely and undamaged at the recipient through professional packaging.
• Warehouse & Resource Management: You optimize the warehouse design through clear systematics and ensure the constant availability of packaging and consumable materials.
• Product assembly: You produce end products based on specific customer needs, working closely with specialist departments, product management and sales.
• New product evaluation: You accompany the introduction of new products and evaluate them in close cooperation with specialist bodies and product managers. Your talents and experiences
• Successfully completed apprenticeship as electrical installer EFZ, electrical installer EFZ, polymechanic EFZ, logistician EFZ, warehouse operator EBA or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned or comparable training
• Very good knowledge in the mechanical field or electrical knowledge with a wealth of ideas, imagination and creativity
• Good SAP knowledge (WMS/ERP, material plant, orders, bookings)
• Strong technical understanding of Siemens products and quick comprehension of new products
• Experience in strategic procurement or materials management
• Independent, reliable and resilient personality with the highest accuracy
• Flexibility with daily changing product requirements and problem-solving capabilities
• Communication strength in dealing with different departments
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, French & English basic knowledge
