Main responsibilities

  • Our laboratory software forms the backbone of daily diagnostics – from sample acceptance to the preparation of findings and invoices.
  • To ensure that our systems function reliably and can be continuously developed further, we are looking for a dedicated contact person for our laboratory systems.
  • They understand laboratory processes and bring joy, interest or experience in the IT sector. Requirements
  • You are the central point of contact for our laboratory and order management systems – from order entry to billing.

Application process

  • You support systems such as MISA, M/LAB, i/med, RecoScan and adjacent applications.
  • Analyze faults, requirements and change requests and accompany their implementation
  • Coordinate cooperation with our departments, software manufacturers and Central Computer Science
  • Plan, test and accompany releases and system changes
  • Optimize laboratory processes, improve interfaces and drive digitization Schools
