Main responsibilities
- Together with internal teams and external partners, you ensure the stable, secure and high-performance operation of our Linux-based system and platform landscape.

- You will actively participate in company-wide infrastructure and network projects and contribute your experience in design, implementation and operation
- You take responsibility for incident, problem and change management and analyze disruptions independently up to the system and network level
Application process
- You advise application managers in the areas of Linux systems, network infrastructure, platform architecture and security and act as a technical interface to development and operation
- You maintain our system and network documentation and ensure its up-to-date and availability Requirements
- You have completed a computer science education or several years of professional experience as a Linux System Engineer / Administrator
- Ideally, You have in-depth knowledge of the operation of Oracle Linux systems
- You have a strong network affinity and are familiar with the following topics: LAN / WLAN, switching & routing, Cisco networks, authentication and access mechanisms (e.g. 802.1X)
- You have experience in handling container and platform environments (RedHat OpenShift, Docker, Podman)
- Automate recurring tasks with Ansible and scripting (e.g. Bash, Python)
- You have experience with virtualization technologies, backup and storage solutions (e.g. Veeam)
