- You lead the team «Services Coverages and continue to develop cooperation, responsibilities and workflows.
- You ensure the professional and reliable support of the company’s foundations and pension funds.
- You recognize challenges at an early stage, control their processing and develop pragmatic solutions.
- You question existing processes and work structures and implement improvements together with relevant interfaces.
- You maintain a trusting cooperation with management, customers and internal partners. This sets you apart
- Experience in occupational provision and a sound understanding of the BVG environment.
- Experience in a leadership role or willingness to assume leadership responsibility.
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as very good communication and relationship competence.
