Are you motivated by the idea of leading an experienced team in the field of services and developing them together? Would you like to contribute your expertise in occupational pension provision and actively participate in the support of our company-owned foundations and pension funds?
In this role, you will strengthen the Claims business unit in Zurich Switzerland and make an important contribution to our joint success. You lead the existing team «Services Coverages» within collective life Invalidity & Coverages, which is realigned organizationally. Together with your team, you will continue to develop the cooperation, processes and support of our foundations and pension funds and ensure a professional, customer-oriented and reliable service provision.

- You ensure the professional and reliable support of the company’s own foundations and pension funds.
- You recognize challenges early on, control their processing and develop pragmatic solutions.
- You question existing processes and work structures and implement improvements together with relevant interfaces.
- You maintain a trusting cooperation with management, customers and internal partners.
This sets you apart
- Experience in occupational provision and a sound understanding of the BVG environment.
- Experience in a leadership role or willingness to assume leadership responsibility.
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as very good communication and relationship competence.
- Structured, independent, solution-oriented and forward-looking working method.
- Very good knowledge of German
- Knowledge of another national language is an advantage.
