- With your organizational talent and your leadership, you coordinate the processes along the line, ensure compliance with the cycle times and keep quality and deadlines under control at all times.

- Overall responsibility for the production line in terms of output, quality and cycle time
- Monitoring and coordination of production groups in line production and consistent processing of open points in the production chain
- Leadership and development of employees in the line
- Resource and operational planning including absenteeism and holiday coordination
- Ensuring a timely production process by maintaining cycle times
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process standards
- Monitoring and control of the line indicators (hour, quality, etc.)
- Coordination with different interfaces (planning, logistics, mechanics, electrics, diagnosis, quality)
