In this key role, you will be responsible for the strategic development of processes, data management and digitalization in the area of Project Execution & Engineering (PE). Together with a technical lead, you create the conditions for efficient, integrated and sustainable working methods. You understand how to attract people to change, reduce complexity and bring different interests together into a common vision. With your sense for processes, data and digitalization, you create sustainable added value for the business. You can look forward to that.

• Design and implementation of the digitalization strategy in the area of PE
• Leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team of process, data and digitalization experts:
• Great design freedom with direct influence on efficiency, quality and transparency
• Close cooperation with specialist areas, IT and management
• Responsibility for a diverse portfolio of transformation and digitalization initiatives
• You lead the area Process-/Datamanagement & Digitalization professionally, personnel and strategically.
• You develop the target image for processes, data and digitalization and implement it together with the relevant stakeholders.
• You standardize and harmonize end-to-end processes along the value chain of Project Execution.
• You will establish governance structures and standards in process and data management.
• You identify and prioritize digitalization and automation potentials with clear business benefits.
• You work closely with the technical lead and ensure that business requirements and technological solutions work together optimally.
• You control resources, budget and portfolio and are responsible for the successful implementation of the initiatives. You bring that with you
• University degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering or a comparable discipline
• Several years of experience in the areas of digitalization, process management, data management or transformation
• Leadership experience and joy in developing teams and driving change
• Strong strength in stakeholder management and cooperation across organizational boundaries
• Strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic implementation strength
