As Head of Finance, you take on a central role in the financial management and further development of the clinic in the park and, as a member of the management team, actively shape its strategic and operational orientation. With your business know-how, you ensure transparency, sound decision-making and sustainable financial development. Together with internal and external stakeholders, you actively shape processes and make an important contribution to the success of our clinic.

YOUR TASKS

• Implementation and safeguarding of the financial and operational Group requirements within the clinic
• Planning, control and continuous development of the financial and controlling processes incl. Budget, forecast, medium-term and investment planning and cash flow and balance sheet management
• Responsibility for the timely and high-quality preparation of the monthly and annual accounts as well as meaningful financial and annual reports
• Analysis of economic development, implementation of economic calculations and derivation of concrete measures to optimize sales, costs and results
• Development and assessment of business plans for the establishment and expansion of doctors, specialist areas, centers and the entire clinic as well as participation in strategic and overarching projects
• Ensuring the quality, completeness and timely provision of relevant cantonal and national data and reporting

Your profile

• Completed higher education in accounting or business administration (at least professional card or FH)
• Multi-year, versatile experience in finance and accounting, ideally with knowledge in investment accounting
• Experience in the operational accounting of a hospital as well as in-depth knowledge of cost accounting according to REKOLE
• Very good SAP and MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, as well as a strong affinity for information and communication systems
• Independent, exact and reliable working methods with a high level of initiative, a strong sense of duty as well as very good communication and team skills
