Your tasks

• You will lead the teams and administrative staff of the secretariats of the Surgical Clinic professionally and disciplinary.
• You are responsible for recruitment, deployment and resource planning as well as the development of administrative employees.
• Together with the medical department managers, you will continuously develop the administration of surgery and align processes and structures with future requirements.
• You ensure a professional, efficient and high-quality administration operation and are responsible for the continuous optimization of administrative processes.
• Maintaining cooperation with clinic management, corporate development, HR, finance department, medical departments and other internal and external stakeholders is one of your tasks.
• You lead or accompany cross-divisional projects and represent the administration in working groups and committees.
• You are responsible for the further education administration of paediatric surgery.
• Together with the Deputy Clinic Director, you are responsible for the recruitment, employment, assignment planning as well as the onboarding and exit management of the assistant and sub-assistant doctors.
• Finally, you are responsible for the management of the website and the intranet of the management of surgery. Your profile
• Basic commercial education or basic medical or paramedical education with further commercial education
• Several years of leadership experience with appropriate training in the field of leadership, management or organizational development
• Experience in healthcare, ideally in an acute hospital or university institution
• Strong organizational and coordination skills as well as the joy of actively shaping change
• High social skills, communication skills and an appreciative leadership style
