- Ausgewiesene Berufserfahrungen in der Leitung von grossen Bauprojekten, idealerweise im Bereich Tunnel- und Bahnbau sind ein Muss

- Du verfügst über einen Abschluss als Bau- oder Elektroingenieur an einer Universität / Fachhochschule oder über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung – idealerweise ergänzt durch Weiterbildungen in Betriebswirtschaft und Projektmanagement.
- Ausgewiesene Berufserfahrungen in der Leitung von grossen Bauprojekten, idealerweise im Bereich Tunnel- und Bahnbau sind ein Muss
- Du hast ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, fundierte Kenntnisse der Bahninfrastruktur und ein grosses Interesse für die Mobilität der Zukunft.
- Du bringst viel Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke, ein vernetztes und ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Sozialkompetenz mit
- Du bist eine gewinnende Person mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Als belastbare Persönlichkeit mit zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise konntest du deine Führungs- und Projektleitungserfahrung bereits in einer ähnlichen Branche unter Beweis stellen.
