Role overview
As part of the further development of the Miduca and the integrated orientation of "Sales & Marketing", we are looking at GL level for a*n Head of Sales & Marketing: A key role with a large design space to strengthen market and customer orientation, clear brand positioning and sustainable growth across all segments and channels with strategic leadership and sales responsibility.

- Total responsibility for sales & marketing (B2B, marketing, e-commerce, central customer service, etc.)
- Active participation in the management in the implementation and development of the Miduca strategy
- Long-standing leadership experience: in the field of sales/marketing with budget and earnings responsibility, ideally with experience in transformation processes
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): or equivalent training with a focus on sales/marketing and sound management experience
- Integrer, intrinsically motivatedr team playerin with high implementation strength and strong leadership qualities German (sales-proof) French (very good knowledge) Italian (of advantage) Cosa offriamo
Main responsibilities
- Total responsibility for sales & marketing (B2B, marketing, e-commerce, central customer service, etc.)
- Active participation in the management in the implementation and development of the Miduca strategy
- Control of market processing via all channels and segments
- further development and clear positioning of the brands Klubschule Migros and IBAW, ensuring a consistent customer experience along the customer journey and a consistent brand management across all touchpoints
- Expansion of sales and final strength and systematic processing of Sales Funnels (including responsibility for bidding & tenders)
Key requirements
- Long-standing leadership experience: in the field of sales/marketing with budget and earnings responsibility, ideally with experience in transformation processes
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): or equivalent training with a focus on sales/marketing and sound management experience
- Found know-how in Marketing & Digital Sales (B2B and B2C)
- Ability to structure complex relationships clearly and bring them into implementation
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high customer and earnings orientation as well as pronounced sales and final strength
