Your area of responsibility

• Further development of the IT strategy as well as planning of the digital development in accordance with the hospital strategy
• Overall responsibility for a stable, secure and available IT operation including systems, networks, workplaces and interfaces
• Responsibility for clinical and administrative information systems as well as coordination of requirements from medicine, care, administration and management
• Management and control of IT projects and transformation projects, infrastructure modernization or cloud topics
• Management of external service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality
• Implementation of information security and data protection requirements including authorizations, backup, recovery and emergency concepts
• Management and development of the IT team as well as management of external service providers, contracts, service levels, budget and IT governance Your profile:
• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable training or specialist training with in-depth practical experience
• Several years of experience in senior IT function, ideally in healthcare
• Expertise in IT operation, IT governance, project management, budget responsibility and security management
• Strategic thinking, leadership competence, high decision-making ability and communication strength
