Tasks
For the further development of our ICT Onsite Support Team, we are looking for a committed and experienced leader. Together with your team, you ensure professional, customer-oriented on-site support for our users and contribute significantly to the continuous development of the service quality and the perception of ICT in the hospital.
- Personnel, professional and organizational leadership of the Onsite Support team
- Ensuring professional, customer- and service-oriented on-site support for the clinical and administrative areas of Kantonsspital Aarau AG
- Coordination and prioritization of the onsite support team as well as ensuring needs-based resource planning
- Ensuring high quality in incident, request and escalation management within the area of responsibility
- Experience in the application of service management tools as well as in the data-based control and continuous development of support processes using KPIs
- Close cooperation with the ICT Service Desk and the infrastructure, application management, medical technology and other ICT specialist areas for efficient handling of complex faults and service requests
- Promotion and further development of knowledge management and ensuring up-to-date and high-quality support documentation
- Participation in ICT projects and ensuring the operational implementation of new solutions and services

- Further education in the field of computer science, service management or leadership (HF/FH or comparable) is advantageous
- Very good knowledge in the field of workplace services, hardware and software, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, devices and peripherals
