- Zusammenarbeit mit Pfarreien/Kirchgemeinden und der Kommunikationsstelle des Synodalrats
Main responsibilities
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Fachstelle Flüchtlinge
- Zusammenarbeit mit Pfarreien/Kirchgemeinden und der Kommunikationsstelle des Synodalrats
- Planung und Umsetzung von Weiterbildungsangeboten und Informationsveran- staltungen
- Vernetzung mit lokalen Kooperationspartner*innen
- Interne Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Abteilungen bei Caritas Zürich
- Umsetzung des Projektes «zäme da im Rahmen der Integrationsagenda Zürich (befristet bis 2027, Option auf Weiterführung) in einer Co-Projektleitung
- Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten und Reporting an die Begleitkommission der Fachstelle Flüchtlinge
- Interne und externe Kommunikation, Zusammenarbeit mit insbesondere katholischen Kommunikationsstellen
- Sie bringen Erfahrung mit und verfügen über Kenntnisse in transkulturellen Prozessen.
- Zusätzlich zeichnen Sie sich durch hohe Sozialkompetenz, organisatorisches Flair sowie die Fähigkeit aus, zu delegieren und Abläufe zu koordinieren. Ergänzend bringen Sie Folgendes mit:
