• Reception, support and service at the Central Desk for contractors and their business partners
• Registration of external guests and customers including bathroom creation
• Operation of the telephone exchange and further processing of internal and external calls
• Processing of business inquiries by e-mail
• Ensuring a clean and well-kept reception area
• Preparation of the monthly shift plan of the reception team
• Management and organization of the company's own airport parking lots including first contact for this topic
• Management of the access authorization by the employee badges together with the first contact person for this topic
• Ordering office and cleaning materials in compliance with the given budget
• Support for parcel and mail delivery
