As a leader with overall professional responsibility for psychotherapy in a group practice, you take on a central role for the responsible employees.

Their tasks

• Technical and operational management of the relevant department
• Conducting assessments and treatments of adults from the full spectrum of psychological psychotherapy
• Support in ensuring staffing within the company taking into account efficient provision of services
• Ensuring psychotherapeutic diagnosis and therapy according to the current state of science and the company’s quality standards
• Further education of psychologists according to the further education concept for psychotherapist

Your profile

• Eidg. Recognised psychological psychotherapist/psychotherapist
• Certificate of performance in responsible therapeutic activity with proven leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
