During your education you will learn

• The preparation of cold, warm and frozen food
• The procurement, storage and processing of foodstuffs
• The co-design of the menu
• The use of various cooking methods
• The use of modern cooking appliances
• Compliance with regulations on hygiene, occupational safety and environmental protection
• Appreciative communication with employees, guests and suppliers
• Guest and team-oriented thinking

You bring that with you

• Completed school education (minimum sec A or B)
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
• Joy in dealing with food and its preparation
• Good understanding and skillful hands
• Strong hygiene awareness and sense of order
• Good sense of smell and taste

• High load capacity in hectic situations
