Canton of Zurich Education Directorate Vocational School Bülach Lecturer/r HKB-E 56 - 88% The Vocational School Bülach (BSB) is the cantonal vocational college in the airport region of Zurich Unterland. As a competence center for CV and electrical professions, we teach around 1,300 learners in basic education (all CV-C)

• Profiles, electrical installer, assembly electrician. In addition, aircraft polymechanics complete their basic school education at our vocational school and adults can continue their education or take up an apprenticeship in the areas of competence of the school. The Vocational School Bülach (BSB) is the cantonal vocational college in the airport region of Zurich Unterland. As a competence center for CV and electrical engineering, we provide basic training to around 1,300 aspiring merchants as well as electrical installers, assembly electricians and aircraft polymechanics. In the Department of Economics, around 25 teachers teach the learners of the vocational maturity type economy as well as the merchants EFZ according to BIVO 2023. Due to a failure of a teacher, at the beginning of the school year 2026/27 (17 August 2026) we are looking for one or two lecturers for the action competence area E (use of technologies of the digital working world). Deputies are expected to run until the end of the semester, possibly until the end of the school year for certain lessons. The option for renewal is not excluded.
• You teach in the HKB-E classes in the first and second year with four and two weekly lessons. As part of the professional assignment for lecturers, you also work in the student board, for example in the creation of performance certificates. The lessons are spread over the weekdays Monday, Tuesday for the classes in the first year and Friday for the classes in the second year.
• You have the teaching diploma for full-time or part-time teaching in the subject IKA of the PHZH or the EHB or an equivalent pedagogical training or are ready to complete it. Ideally, you have practical experience from business. You can also have teaching experience at secondary level II. They approach other people with openness and appreciation, have high social skills and enjoy dealing with young learners. Furthermore, you are characterized by flexibility, self-initiative and an independent working method. You are a communicative, open-minded and consensual personality and can quickly integrate into an existing team. The employment conditions are based on the secondary and vocational school teachers ordinance (MBVO) of the Canton of Zurich. During the training period, you will be accompanied by the specialist team management.
