- Strategic cross-industry consultancy in the implementation of new regulatory requirements (defining requirements, carrying out gap analysis, identifying fields of action and implementing measures)
- Advising our customers primarily in the following areas of law: (Gen)AI Governance & Compliance, Contract and License Law, Contract Design, Contract Law, Data Protection and Information Security, Third-Party Risk Management, Cybersecurity, FINMA requirements, etc. with focus on issues related to digital transformation
- Assuming responsibility in subprojects as well as support in planning, controlling and implementing complex customer projects
- Active participation in the expansion of the international Legal Strategy Team

- You have successfully completed a law or business law degree.
- You mind. 2 years of experience at the interface of law, technology and IT and have ideally already worked in digitization, compliance, data protection, cybersecurity or transformation projects.
