This is the job - your main tasks
- Strategic cross-industry consultancy in the implementation of new regulatory requirements (define requirements, carry out gap analysis, identify fields of action and implement measures)
- Advising our customers primarily in the following areas of law: (Gen)AI Governance & Compliance, Contract and License Law, Contract Design, Data Protection and Information Security, Third-Party Risk Management, Cybersecurity, FINMA requirements, etc. with focus on issues related to digital transformation
- Assuming responsibility in sub-projects as well as support in planning, controlling and implementing complex customer projects
- Active participation in the expansion of the international Legal Strategy Team
- Cross-industry project activity with the opportunity to build up in-depth expertise in an industry
This job is for you if
- You have successfully completed a law or business law degree.
- You mind. 2 years of experience at the interface of law, technology and IT and have ideally already worked in digitization, compliance, data protection, cybersecurity or transformation projects.
- You are excited about the practical application of legal requirements related to technology (e.g. data protection law, information security, cloud, AI).
- You enjoy driving forward projects in a structured way, taking on responsibility and taking on project management tasks in the future.
- You communicate convincingly and in a structured manner and you have the ability to convey complex concepts and issues to target groups.
- You communicate orally and in writing safely in German and English (C1 level).
