Company and context

- In this role, you will support the accounting of Vontobel Asset Management US.
- You will work closely with experienced finance professionals and have the opportunity to grow your expertise in an international environment.
- What would your role be?
- Support the accounting and monthly closing activities of the US legal entity, including journal postings, reconciliations and fixed asset accounting
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain proper documentation in the relevant control systems
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax and Compliance
- Actively support the external audit process, including preparation of audit documentation and responses to audit requests
- Support finance transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimization

- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO; experience with SAP S/4HANA and P2P systems (e.g. Basware, Concur) is an advantage
