- You work independently on demanding legal issues from the departments of the Damage Center West (motor vehicle, property, liability and personal damage), with a focus on liability and insurance law
- You deal with and manage litigation cases from their legal dependence
Main responsibilities
- You work independently on demanding legal issues from the departments of the Damage Center West (motor vehicle, property, liability and personal damage), with a focus on liability and insurance law
- You deal with and manage litigation cases from their legal dependence
- You support the departments in Regress cases
- You design and conduct internal training courses
- You work closely with the damage and specialist departments in Western and also German Switzerland
- Your place of work is by agreement in St. Gallen, Stettbach, Basel or Givisiez
- At work location Stettbach you bring a certain willingness to travel for regular dates in St.
- Gallen or Basel; at Givisiez, for regular dates in Basel Requirements:
- You have a completed legal degree and a Swiss attorney's patent
- You have several years of practical experience, preferably in the insurance environment and/or in the ad-ranking
