We are looking for a Legal Counsel BANK-now to support the team in the following areas:
- Cooperation in the management of a broad range of legal and regulatory issues for BANK-now
- Examination, analysis and participation in contracts and support in contract negotiations
- examination and analysis of civil law, fairness law, competition law and data protection law issues as well as support in the settlement and preparation of civil and criminal proceedings,
- Support in the implementation of legal and regulatory innovations (especially in consumer credit law)
- Cooperation with internal committees and projects to ensure corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Legal support for BANK-now departments and cooperation with relevant stakeholders within UBS
- Participation in cross-divisional projects, especially in the context of digitalization and further development of the business model
