As part of Category Management, the Business Management Platform is responsible for Pricing, Purchasing and Merchandising.
In the Pricing Team, you work with our stakeholders to implement our pricing strategy and use product development to develop processes and systems for our various markets and product groups.

Main responsibilities
- Leadership of the Pricing Team within the Business Management Platform and responsibility as Pricing Business Owner to ensure that our pricing strategy can be successfully implemented in the individual product groups
- Development of the pricing vision, strategy, goals and measures in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
- Drive innovation projects together with business engineers and prioritize them with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the balance between commodity group-specific needs and scalable solutions
- Ensure efficient collaboration and act as a link between category management, product development, performance marketing and other stakeholders
- Monitor relevant pricing KPIs across commodity groups, pricing logics and countries of sale and ensure that our pricing is aligned with the company’s objectives
- Active participation in business engineering and support of your team in complex tasks and projects
- Coaching your team and ensuring that all employees can work productively and effectively and that your team is well positioned Requirements
- 5+ years: Pricing / Pricing Management
- Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): Business administration / Economics
