During the night shift, you ensure that our production runs reliably and everything is ready the next morning. You like to work independently, get involved and keep an overview at night? Then become part of our team and support us as a group leader in the permanent night shift.

Tasks
- You lead and train your team professionally and make sure that all employees master the relevant machines and processes safely.
- You monitor compliance with quality, hygiene and HACCP requirements as well as occupational safety.
- You prepare the production, control the plants and ensure order, cleanliness and maintenance.
- You recognize disturbances and quality deviations, initiate appropriate measures and communicate important incidents to your manager.
- You coordinate the material supply and work closely with upstream and downstream departments as well as the workshop and logistics.
- You document production and quality controls and support the introduction of new products and processes.
- You get involved and support other departments.
Requirements
- Experience in food production, leadership experience beneficial
- Responsibility and leadership and team skills
