Main responsibilities

  • Operating as a deputy of HR Operations Manager, supporting him in the coordination of the team and assuming operational responsibilities in case of absence. Profile requested
  • Commercial Maturity (SCC), Business Employee AFC or higher degree in economic, legal, administrative or Human Resources.
  • Consolidated professional experience of at least five years in a similar position.
  • Solid knowledge of Swiss labour law legislation, social insurance, source taxes and work permits.
  • Excellent mastery of IT tools and HR and payroll systems.
  • Good knowledge of English; knowledge of German and/or French is a preferential title.
  • Accuracy, reliability and strong orientation to service quality.
  • Ability to manage priorities, deadlines and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to interact effectively with technical, managerial and institutional interlocutors.
  • Proactive approach, flexibility and orientation to continuous improvement.

  • The position is included in the HR Operations department, within the Human Resources & Organization of the IBSA Group.
  • The Lead HR Operations Officer will be responsible for ensuring timely, efficient and consistent management of the main management processes of staff, payroll and social insurance.
  • In this position it will work with a high level of autonomy and will represent a point of reference for collaborators, internal stakeholders, authorities and external bodies. Main responsibility
  • Manage the entire administrative cycle of staff, ensuring accuracy, compliance with deadlines and compliance with current regulations.
  • Coordinate sickness, accident, maternity, paternity and other absences.
  • Coordination of family allowances and social insurance.
  • Prepare and monitor the demands and renewals of work permits for employees.
  • Manage night, Sunday and festive work permits.
  • Treat the payroll process, from collecting and checking data to checking the payroll.
  • Ensure the correct management of reconciliations and accounting records related to staff.
