To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious personality as Lead HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with international career ambitions. You work closely with senior management, develop future-oriented HR strategies and support leaders in growth and change. You will lead an HR Business Partner team, actively shape transformations and shape the further development of leadership, talents and corporate culture in an international environment.

Your profile

• Completed degree (master) in business administration, psychology or a comparable field of expertise
• At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, ideally international environment
• Ambition and mobility for international career development
• In-depth knowledge of talent management, change management and organizational development
• Experience in the management and development of employees as well as strong coaching skills
• Strategic thinking (act local – think global) combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality and strong stakeholder management in a complex matrix organization
• Very good knowledge of German and English and ideally good knowledge of French or Italian
