In this versatile function, you work in multi-shift operation from Monday to Friday between 06:30 and 19:00 and rotate within Zurich at five different locations. So if you are looking for a new challenge with a lot of variety and a wide range of tasks as a secretary, then you are at the right place with us.
Your duties
- Reception and care of our patients and assignees
- Telephone appointment coordination and planning of all radiological examinations
- Radiological investigation and preparation
- General administrative and organisational tasks
Your profile
- Completed training in health care (e.g. medical secretary/medical secretary/spital secretary/spital secretary) or in the commercial sector with knowledge of medical terminology
- Enjoying telephone and personal contact with patients and referees
- Pronounced understanding of services as well as sympathetic, positioned and warm airing
- Strong communication, resilient and team capable personality
- Very good knowledge of German
- Further language skills are advantageous
- Adept handling of common IT applications

As a secretary / secretary services radiology you wear a work clothes at our reception. Your changing time will be compensated for a 100% fee in the form of two additional paid days off. If you commute by public transport, we will contribute to your travel costs. You will receive the ZVV or Z-Pass for your commute at a discounted price and enjoy free travel throughout the ZVV area.
