For the new overall municipal organizational unit of the school social work since August 2023, which is part of the department of child and youth welfare of the social services, we are looking for the provision of the services of the school social work in the school district Limmattal, in the school buildings Pfingstweid (50%, kindergarten and primary level) and Albisriederplatz (30%, upper level) as of 1. December 2026 or by arrangement a new team member.

Tasks

• They are the professionals for social and personal topics of the students and their families.
• They support the school management and the teachers of a school house on social issues.
• They develop targeted measures and solutions on topics such as child protection, children’s rights, bullying and violence.
• They provide access to a wide range of support.
• They shape the living space school.
• They provide our services in close cooperation with the actors in the living space school.
• In both school buildings, school sociology has been established for years.

Profile

• You bring a university degree in social work. A CAS in school social work is beneficial
• You have experience in school social work or youth and family assistance
• You enjoy working interdisciplinary, networked and resource-oriented
• You are an open, outgoing and committed personality and confident in dealing with change
