Full description

• Perform seed quality analyses (purity, determination of other seeds, germination capacity and topographic tetrazolium test) in accordance with international regulations (ISTA) and internal working instructions
• Implementation of quality assurance measures related to accreditation and internal work instructions
• Completing an internal 3-year training 'on the job' as a seed specialist
• Participating in the optimization of workflows and in the development of methods
• Laboratory technician EFZ field of biology or comparable with experience in the seed sector
• Experience and understanding the importance of quality assurance in an accredited laboratory
• Knowledge of botany, seed science and types of plants desired
• Performance-oriented, resilient and team-capable personality who is used to working independently and accurately
• Knowledge of two official languages and English
