• With heart and professionalism, we accompany people with disabilities. We support, support, care and care. For this purpose, we offer 148 living spaces in various forms of living as well as around 180 workplaces. In addition, 90 seats are available in the day care center. Our 11 residential groups with different focuses are located in Kloten and Bülach. In order to be able to guarantee professional medical care at all times, Pigna manages the internal health department. This creates and secures the nursing standards and trains, supports and advises the care staff in the living and working area. We are looking for a DIPL immediately or by agreement. HEALTH CARE PERSONS 60-100% In our 11 residential groups in Kloten and Bülach, the residents depend on nursing support. The tasks range from supportive activities in personal care, via drug delivery to treatment care. The care staff takes over the basic care, organizes doctor visits and communicates with all parties involved. Any complex care tasks are partially taken over by Spitex. The health department, consisting of team management and currently two employees, ensures professional medical care. She is the contact person for the care staff, advises and supports in everyday life and provides training for the staff. She is responsible for drug management and performs administrative work around the medical care of residents. It also coordinates and tries between residential groups, doctors, relatives and other external specialists in nursing/medical complex topics. Your tasks
• You work in a small team and advise and train the care staff
• You will help develop, implement and review hygiene, care and quality standards
• You empower the care staff in medical matters by conveying knowledge, procedures and action skills and by providing advice on the implementation. For this purpose, you plan and lead training in individual and group setting
• In case of medical emergencies, you will quickly be there and take the necessary measures to support the care staff
• In crisis situations, you take responsibility for escalation management
• Your work does not include surgical nursing assignments and no piketting services
• You work during workdays and office hours
• You are a qualified nurse with several years of professional experience in a complex nursing area
• Versatile, independent and quality-oriented work is fun for you
• With administrative tasks and in dealing with IT you are well-versed and nimble
• Care and health are your core competence and problems you approach with conviction experience and expertise
