Requirements

• Mind. 1 - 2 years: in telephone or personal customer contact
• Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): Commercial education and financial training beneficial
• Enjoy the active expansion of customer relationships, the recognition of customer wishes and daily telephone customer contact
• Experience in active telephone customer acquisition and development as well as a final, communicative and professional appearance
• Healthy level of self-confidence and a winning personality
• Connected thinking, flexibility and teamwork are among your strengths

Recruitment process

• Pre-selection of applications: We check applications received on an ongoing basis, create a pre-selection and release them to the manager for viewing. • Delayed video interview: For a large number of suitable applications, a delayed video interview can optionally be conducted. As part of this video interview, the answers to previously recorded questions are recorded with the web or mobile camera. This gives us the opportunity to get to know more candidates within a short time in order to invite suitable people for the next round. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
• Talks with HR & department: The interview is conducted virtually or on site with the responsible person from HR and/or the specialist department. It is primarily about learning more about the personnel and specialist skills and gives both sides the opportunity to assess the cultural fit into the company and team. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Getting to know the team: Whether someone fits into the team is an important factor for employees and employers when deciding for or against employment. In a casual framework, we therefore give the opportunity for everyone to get to know each other.
• Offer & Contract Exhibition (Digital): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration to feedback: Up to one week
