In order to further expand our strong market position, we are looking for reinforcements for our team in the transactional large customer segment. In the challenging role as a customer consultant: in Loan Syndications, together with your colleagues from structuring and key account management, you will develop tailor-made corporate and acquisition financing for Swiss corporate customers in the large company segment. The responsibility of the entire syndication process lies with you, this also includes the creation of the syndications opinion for the respective credit institutions. You are primarily responsible for Swiss and strengthening international banking partners and are jointly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of these relationships. As part of individual transactions, you accompany the entire process – from consulting to final contract drafting. In your role as an agent, you take responsibility for complex financing and manage it personally and professionally throughout the entire term. You always keep an eye on the operational risks and ensure that the interests of all partners involved are protected.

Your tasks

• Support and co-creation of syndicated loan financing (acquisition, project, working capital facilities, complex real estate transactions, etc.) for listed or privately held multinational companies (Focus Top 500 companies in Switzerland) taking into account the placeability in the syndicated loan market
• Co-structuring of smaller syndicated loans (Club Deals)
• Managing the entire syndication process
• Demanding negotiations with customers, other consortium partners, consultants and lawyers
• Creating Syndications Opinions
• Contractual implementation of the agreed financing structures, in particular the syndicated loan agreement with participating syndicated partners
• Responsible management of the completed financing as an agent:in
• Active network maintenance with consortium partners
• Completed business education (university, FH or similar)
• In-depth, commercial financing know-how (cash-flow based lending) in the area of (large) corporate customers
• Advantageous transactional experience in syndicated loans (with domestic and foreign syndicates) and/or loan syndications/agents
• Dynamic personality with fast comprehension and high curiosity
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• High implementation strength, self-motivation, resilience and operational readiness
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail in the agent role
• Good communication skills in written and oral form
• Very good knowledge of German and English, French is advantageous
• Positive personality with team player qualities
