What to expect
- Passionate commitment to customers and AXA
- Solution-oriented and personal 180° advice for insurance customers by telephone
- Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Brokerage of other products (financial and pensions, health services)
- Acquisition of new customers (using modern and digital tools and existing internal AXA processes)
- Active scheduling for field staff
What you bring to the table
- Completed apprenticeship and professional experience in the service sector or, ideally, in the insurance industry
- Passing the intermediary examination (VBV) is an advantage
- If there is no placement examination (VBV) - the willingness to complete it and to continue training regularly
- Professionals and career changers with a corresponding track record are welcome
- Anchoring in the region is an advantage
- Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
- Enjoyment of telephone advice and scheduling for field service colleagues
- Winning and resilient personality combined with a high level of customer and service orientation
- High independence and flexibility
- Stylistically confident written and spoken German, other languages are an advantage
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
