You are the voice of Zurich Schweiz: you advise our private customers by phone and digitally, find the right insurance coverage and thus contribute directly to an excellent customer experience – in a performance-oriented environment that combines teamwork, service quality and sales success.

In this role, at Zurich Schweiz you will strengthen the Brokers, Direct & Partnerships business unit in the Direct, Digital & Customer Care, Sales & After Sales Personal Lines D-CH area and be part of the Direct Sales Personal Lines D-CH team. Through telephone and digital advisory and sales solutions for non-life products, you ensure that our customers receive the best protection in every situation in life and experience Zurich as a reliable partner.

What you can expect

• You advise and support prospective customers, partners and existing customers in writing and by phone in the private non-life customer segment in German and French
• You determine the right insurance coverage for our customers, prepare quotes and follow up on them
• You provide competent information in response to customer inquiries and handle written customer correspondence to a high standard

What sets you apart

• Successfully completed training in the insurance sector (VBV certification is an advantage) or professional experience in a commercial and customer-oriented role
• Outgoing, service- and customer-oriented personality who enjoys engaging in dialogue with customers and partners by phone and in writing
• Team-oriented and resilient personality with strong sales and advisory skills
• You enjoy helping colleagues develop and providing them with professional support
• Excellent command of German and French; any additional national language is an advantage
