Tasks
- You are responsible for the production of needs-based, innovative, health and hygienic patient and guest food.
- With the goods, food and other products you handle gently and cook according to modern knowledge and cooking techniques.
- You exceed the expectations of our customers.
- You guarantee a high-quality cuisine at banquets and special events and are jointly responsible for Mise-en-Place as well as for the composition and preparation of dishes.
- You are responsible for cleanliness and order.
