- Du arbeitest jeweils von Montag bis Samstag in Schichten (Früh-, Mittel- oder Spätdienst) entweder von 09:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr, 11:30 Uhr bis 21:30 Uhr oder 14:00 Uhr bis 22:30 Uhr.
- Produktion der Speisen auf dem zugeteilten Posten (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier etc.) Kochen am offenen Feuer
- Mitarbeiten bei Caterings, Apéros und Spezialanlässen Warenannahme und Bewirtschaften des Lagers
- Grundausbildung als Köchin / Koch: EFZ oder gastronomische Grundausbildung EFZ mit Zusatzausbildung als Köchin / Koch: EFZ Erfahrung in der à la Carte Küche
