Chef / Chef EFZ 50-100 %
Separate service 08.45 a.m. to 14.00 and 16.00 a.m. to 21.00
or
Part-time with five working days from 08.45 to 14.00
resp. five working days from 16.00 to 21.00
Their tasks
- Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all food forms according to menu plan and special requests
- Share responsibility for efficient warehouse management
- Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
- Proper organisation of work within the kitchen service
- Co-responsibility for controlling management and quality management
Your profile
- Training for/to cook EFZ with professional experience
- Proven experience in upscale gastronomy/hotelry in the à la carte area of warm and cold cuisine and banquets
- Professional and independent working position
- Flair for preparing and decorating food
- Readiness for assignments on weekends and public holidays
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoying multiple challenges
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
