- To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated person to take on the role of Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager with leadership responsibilities, effective immediately or by agreement.
- Overall responsibility for the operation, installation and maintenance of the ARA and biogas plant
Main responsibilities
- To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated person to take on the role of Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager with leadership responsibilities, effective immediately or by agreement.
- Overall responsibility for the operation, installation and maintenance of the ARA and biogas plant
- Technical and personnel management of the ARA team consisting of 3 employees
- Responsibility for the laboratory area of the wastewater treatment plant
- Ensuring operational readiness as well as maintenance and upkeep of all assigned plants
- Providing on-call service to ensure smooth operation of the plants and availability for deployments outside regular working hours
- Monitoring, neutralization and control of wastewater
- Operation and maintenance of the truck washing installation and management of the vehicle fleet

- Completed training as a wastewater treatment plant manager or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the operation of an ARA, ideally with a biogas plant
- Leadership experience and enjoyment of working with a small team
- Technical understanding (mechanical, electrical engineering or process engineering advantageous)
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- High sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- Ability to make situation-appropriate and pragmatic decisions Pronounced safety and quality awareness Driver's license category B
