Role overview
The Swiss Epilepsy Foundation (EPI) is a multi-saving company.
It includes the EPI WohnWerk, the EPI Spitalschule, the Lengg High School, the donation Dapples, a seminar center with restaurant and the EPI Central Services.
In addition, the Swiss Epilepsie Foundation, together with another foundation, forms the body of the Lengg AG Clinic, a clinic for epilepsy and neurorehabilitation.

Main responsibilities
- Cleaning work according to HACCP regulations and standards in the kitchen, as well as inserts on different dishwasher lines
- Working with the food chain service, production in the cold and warm kitchen Compliance with HACCP regulations
- Occasionally used on large occasions such as banquets and buffets
- Working in shiftwork with working hours between 6:00 and 19:45 Requirements:
- Completed training as a kitchen worker / kitchen employee EBA
- Very good German knowledge (min. level B2)
- Multiannual professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a large kitchen
- Professional experience in the preparation of cold and hot dishes
- Clean, precise and speditive operation We offer:
