Tasks

• You will carry out standardized administrative activities in various areas of the University Hospital.

Depending on the area, the tasks vary (e.g.

• You are familiar with all office equipment, write letters on submission, collect patient data and can use the necessary programs
• Thanks to your helpful and customer-oriented attitude, you are often used in patient and customer contact.

• You take phones and make phone notes Requirements
• You have completed the compulsory schooling period with a good to very good degree (level A or E).

Level A: Grade 5 in Mathematics and German

• You are interested in commercial work
• You can complete tasks carefully and reliably, like to organize and are service-oriented
• You can express yourself well in German, both verbally and in writing
