Purchaser Construction Projects 80-100 % Your contribution with us

• You procure materials, services and subcontractor services for our construction projects
• You obtain offers, compare them and conduct price and contract negotiations
• You work closely with project management, site management and internal specialist departments
• You maintain and further develop relationships with suppliers and business partners
• You ensure that materials and services are available on time and on economical terms
• You contribute your experience to the establishment and further development of our new purchasing team
• You actively shape processes, standards and ways of working
• You ensure transparency and quality in our procurement processes

What counts for us

• You have experience in main or secondary construction trades, in a construction-related industry and/or already in purchasing
• Possible backgrounds include site manager, foreman, construction clerk, purchaser or a comparable function
• You understand offers, specifications and commercial contexts and can assess them confidently
• You are a communicative personality and know how to build sustainable relationships and create trust
• You conduct negotiations confidently, solution-oriented and with the necessary tact
• You think economically, act entrepreneurially and keep an overview even with many topics simultaneously
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
• You communicate fluently in German. Other languages are welcome
