Tasks

You are a motivated person with many years of project experience and have a strong interest in legal issues. In addition to a legal education, you also have experience in project management and negotiation. Are you looking for opportunities for professional development and application of your learned skills?

Essentially, the role of the body shall be to

• Preparation of a social contract for the establishment of a Swiss Institute for Gender Medicine (working title) as a cooperation between the medical faculties of Switzerland
• Consolidating the contract among all participating partners
• Support in the preparation of a business plan and further concrete preparation steps for the establishment of the interuniversity institute
• Administrative support for the Zurich project to increase the number of Med500+ study places in human medicine (session management, protocol management, monitoring work orders)
• Project participation (monitoring project portfolio and milestones, etc.)

Requirements

• Completed legal education or similar/equivalent training
• Professional experience in project management
• Strong negotiating skills
• High communication and team skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Negotiation security in German and English with good basic knowledge in French
