- End-to-end responsibility for recruitment processes in selected areas – from briefing with the hiring manager to commitment
- Not just selecting talent, but actively finding it: Active sourcing via LinkedIn and networks and building talent pools for recurring profiles
- Hiring managers advise on profiles, market situation and process – quickly, bindingly and with their own opinion
- A candidate experience that sounds like Eraneos: clear communication, short reaction times and honest feedback, even in the event of cancellations
- Participation in employer branding and further development of our recruiting processes, for example through data-based reporting and the targeted use of AI tools
This job is for you if
- You have a completed degree (e.g. business administration, psychology, human resources management) or a commercial education with HR training in your backpack.
- You have gained your first recruiting experience in a company, a consultancy or a recruitment agency and ideally already managed your own processes.
- Service is not a phrase for you: concerns of hiring managers and candidates: inside you take seriously, prioritize clean and deliver reliably – even if it has to be fast.
- You act confidently, in conversation with candidates: as well as with senior managers and partners, and deal discreetly with confidential information.
- You speak and write German at native language level and English at least at C1 level.

- Experience with Workday or another applicant management system as well as with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience in recruitment in the consulting, technology or IT environment.
- Curiosity to try out AI tools in everyday recruiting and use them sensibly.
