• You take responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties
• This includes ensuring regular and extraordinary real estate maintenance, terminating and carrying out real estate visits and acceptances.
• You are in contact with the ownership, tenant, house maintenance, craft businesses and offices
• Negotiating and drawing up business lease contracts as well as the annual budget is also your responsibility.
