Planning, coordination and realization of investment and development projects in the field of adhesive and sealant production within the global Sika manufacturing network. Ensuring the retention and further development of know-how in adhesives and sealants production within the organization in the coming years. Sharing know-how and global standards across the organization. This Is a global role requiring close collaboration with the local production units as well as regional organizations. Deepening theoretical and practical expertise in adhesives and sealants production Sharing knowledge and experience with local and regional organizations Contributing to increasingly complex international projects in accordance with project management standards and PCP guidelines Leading, Coordinating overseeing projects, which may run in parallel. Participate as team member or taking a leading role within workstreams of large and complex projects under senior project leadership Applying and introducing energy recovery methodologies in adhesives and sealants production facilities
