• Life cycle management of products, services and prices in the debit and credit card sector with a focus on “sustaining innovations” as well as improving customer value and customer experience
• Support and driving force behind scaling the card portfolio (debit & credit) with a clear focus on profitability
• Maintain and develop our successful partnerships within and outside the Migros ecosystem as well as rebuild and develop further cooperations
• Technical analysis of regulatory requirements, conception and implementation of corresponding measures in the card sector as well as tracking and analyzing trends in the card and payment sector
• Stakeholder management in the card sector as responsible product manager of the agile value stream "Payments" - in cooperation with Legal, Compliance and OpRisk as well as Operations and Marketing
• Maintenance of the existing card products and their mapping in the various customer channels including answering more complex customer advisor requests

Requirements

• 5 years: In product management credit and debit cards or in a related field
• Master's degree (university, university of applied sciences): Business administration, business administration or similar field of study
• You have extensive expertise in the field of debit and credit cards and the associated economic connections and regulatory requirements
• Addressable communication with all relevant contact partners up to senior management
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills coupled with a pragmatic approach
• You are a flexible, agile and uncomplicated personality
• You have an independent working method, act proactively and show initiative

Recruitment process

• Discussion with case presentation: Specific expertise is examined on the basis of a case or other assessment instruments. After processing, the result of the leader is presented and then discussed together. Usually, the team is also represented at the presentation. As a rule, the conversations are conducted by the superior, without a representative from the HR. Duration to feedback: Up to three weeks
• Offer & Contract Exhibition (Digital): After our oral job offer, the most important contract points are verified again. After agreement, the contract is commissioned and sent for digital signature by e-mail. Duration to feedback: Up to one week

Requirements
